Beth did an awesome job of helping us sell our house! She started by putting together comps and helping us to determine the right price for our listing. She then guided us through the process of preparing the house for selling, including minor repairs, de-cluttering, and staging, and helped us get some amazing photos for the listing. She set up showings via internet/automated text messages, so that 30+ potential buyers came through while we relaxed for a weekend in the mountains. She always kept us up to date on what we needed to do, and when, and told us what to expect for next steps along the way.
