Was able to buy my first home while working with Beth!! She stuck it out with me for 8 months as we submitted offers on several homes until we finally closed on a home just this past week!! Because it was my first time, Beth was very patient with all the questions and concerns I had in the process. I realized that I had a really efficient system with Beth: as soon as I expressed an interest in submitting an offer, I’d have the paperwork to sign within an hour from Beth!! I knew that, eventually, we would find something with how fast she responded to my inquiries!! She is super dedicated! In fact, we closed within a week of her scheduled due date of her child!! If that’s not dedication, I don’t know what is!! She’s tenacious, and extremely empathetic, and was a great person to vent to when the home buying process became tedious at times. But as I said, I knew I would find the one eventually with her help, and I did!! Would highly recommend Beth to anyone!!Tia B.
